Half Day of Zazen in Oxford - with optional rakusu / kesa sewing in afternoon

This will be a morning of zazen practice in Oxford.

There will be no introductions at this event and as such, it is not suitable for somebody who does not already practise in an IZAUK dojo.

Zazen will be from 0930 - 1300 followed by "Bring and Share" (vegetarian) lunch and optional sewing (of rakusus or kesas) from approx 1430 - 1630.

Cost: £5 unwaged - £8 waged
people staying for afternoon sewing are asked to chip in a little extra to cover room-hire costs.

** Warren Street (central london) Group begins sitting on Saturdays **

The Warren Street group of the London zen groups will no start sitting on Saturdays at 17.30, with introductions to zen practise at 17.00

Also sitting on Tuesday mornings at 07.00

Please join us! come to an introduction if you've never sat with an affiliated dojo/group before though.
