Welcome to the website for the london zen groups
London zen groups meet regularly to practice zazen - the core practice in the Soto Zen tradition.
Zazen is a form of meditation - it is wholehearted upright sitting. We sit as the Buddha sat, silent and still in the calm posture of awakening.
Beginners are always welcome! See Introductions for more information.
"Like the little stream
Making its way through the mossy crevices
I too quietly turn clear and transparent."
